Apartment 101
This apartment is perfect for two guests, but if you are traveling with kids or friends, the sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed for two additional guests. If you are traveling with infants under 2 years old, we can provide a baby cot and baby chair at no additional cost.
This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable, not only because it’s nice but also cause you will have your private sauna during your stay here. In the setting of the rooms, we were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while the interior design was inspired by the tropical leaf of faraway destinations. All the rooms are very big. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with a bathtub in the bathroom, so you don’t need to travel far to reach the spa. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials, as well as a hair dryer, will be provided upon your arrival.
As a guest of this apartment, you will have access to the entire apartment including your sauna, as well as the outdoor terrace and laundry utilities in the hallway.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 15:00
We like to welcome you personally and wait for you at the property when you arrive, but in case you will arrive late or we can’t welcome you for any reason, we will place the keys in a key box on the wall next to the front door so you can check in by your self.
It is expected that you let us know your expected check-in time before arrival. Ideally, we would prefer it to be between 3 pm and 8 pm, but if you have a different request, please let us know and we will try to accommodate it.
Check-out: 11:00
If it is possible please leave the apartment by 11.00 am to allow for a tight turnaround / cleaning. However, we are open to free late checkout in case no guests are arriving on the same day. You can drop off your luggage early or leave it in our storage room if you plan to depart later.
You can leave the apartment anytime earlier, if you do, please make sure to close all the windows, and turn off the AC, TV, and other electronic devices. Lock the apartment door and the downstairs hallway door and place the key to the mailbox or key box on the wall.
