Your property will be cleaned before your arrival. If you plan to stay for an extended period or would like to schedule additional cleaning, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a cleaning schedule during your stay.
If any items break, please inform us immediately so we can replace them before the next guests arrive. In the event of any accidents, such as food or hair coloring stains, we would greatly appreciate it if you could leave a note indicating what caused the stain so we can take the appropriate action to remove it.
IF A GROUP OF PEOPLE RENTS MORE THAN ONE APARTMENT, WE WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF HOUSE DECORATIONS AND KITCHEN UTILITIES DO NOT GET EXCHANGED BETWEEN APARTMENTS. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE GLASSES, SPOONS, BOWLS, PANS, PILLOWS, CHAIRS, TABLES, AND BLANKETS TO THE NEIGHBORING APARTMENTS AS THIS WILL CREATE CONFUSION IN THE CLEANING SYSTEM AND INCREASE THE CHANCES OF BREAKING ITEMS OR DAMAGING WALLS. PLEASE BE KIND AND RESPONSIBLE AND TRY TO LEAVE THE APARTMENTS AS YOU FOUND THEM, AND TREAT THEM AS IF THEY WERE YOUR OWN.
